How much notice do you need for orders?
I require at least two weeks' notice for all orders. Because I make everything to order, I don't have cakes and cupcakes just hanging around waiting to be ordered. I need time to make everything as well as order anything extra I might need for decorating. Additionally, my schedule fills up fast, so the further out you order, the better chance you have of getting a spot.
A 20% rush fee may be applied to any orders that are accepted less than one week before the event date. It is up to my discretion whether I accept an order or not.
What is the best way to place an order?
All orders should be submitted via the Order Form. If you have questions about anything, feel free to reach out to me via the Contact Form, email, text, Facebook, or Instagram, but for an order to be finalized, it must be submitted through the Order Form.
How do I pay for my order?
Once your order is finalized, I will send you an invoice via Square within 48 hours. Payment is due in full no less than one week before the order is due. You can pay via credit card, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Cash payment is not accepted for special orders.
Do you deliver?
I do! I provide local delivery to Pullman for $5, Moscow for $10, and anywhere further than that for $15.
Do you deliver to the WSU dorms?
I do! For dorm delivery, I drop items off at the area front desks:

I have the desk log the item as a package so that your Coug will get notified via email that they have a package and can pick it up at their convenience. That way there is no need to coordinate class schedule.
Where do I pickup my order?
Flour Power Bakery is located at 245 S Grand Ave Suite B in Pullman, WA. Just look for the pink doors!
